I normally do not write reviews of subscription boxes, but it is the first time I bought a sheet mask subscription box and that is why I wanted to review it.
I am a subscription boxes addict, especially beauty boxes. At the moment, I am Glossybox and Lookfantastic Beauty Box subscriber. In the past, I have been also subscribed to Roccabox and Birchbox. However, I never found a sheet mask subscription box that appealed to me…. until I found Facemasksclub.
Facemasksclub Sheet Mask Subscription Box
Facemasksclub is a relatively recent company based in the UK. It was established only in 2019. Their focus point is to deliver high-quality sheet masks for a reasonable price to your doorstep.
They have two different subscription options. You can choose between the 5 or the 7 masks boxes. For each one, you can choose between a one-time purchase or a rolling monthly subscription, saving 5%. They offer free second-class delivery though you can opt for express delivery for only £2.99.

The Sheet Mask Subscription Box Packaging
The packaging is very handy. The box is small enough to fit in your letterbox. It is a rectangular cardboard box with a sticker with your details on one side and the company logo on the other (the company logo is so cute). The box came really well closed with a lot of adhesive tapes, so it won’t open during the transport.
The first thing you see when you open the box is an orange wrapping paper closed with a sticker, again with the company logo, and a handwritten card with your name. I love this cute detail. As I bought October’s box, dedicated to Halloween, I got my card wishing me a Happy Halloween.
These small acts are very important. With it, they got me even before I open the pack. That makes you feel important, like a valuable client for them and not another purchase order number.

As I already mentioned, I ordered the 5 masks box and I got, therefore, 5 masks (don’t need to be very clever for that…..). Let’s see which masks I got.

This mask is rich in nutrients, and it is plant-based chemicals that enhance skin health. It helps to keep beautiful skin and replenishes nutrients that are lacking on the skin.

Moisturising and revitalising Mask
This mask contains red ginseng extract and various nutritive components that deliver abundant moisture and nourishment deep into your skin.
- FarmStay – Charcoal Visible Difference Mask Sheet
Purifying Mask
The charcoal in this mask helps maintain healthy skin and helps to keep skin clean by absorbing skin waste.

Moisturising and nourishing mask
Propolis extract that has an ample amount of amino acids and minerals give nutrition and nourishes the dried skin and makes moist and healthy skin.

Relaxing and soothing mask.
The skin-soothing combo of Chamomile Flowers and Lavender extract helps to condition and calm the skin. This mask is the perfect addition to an evening pamper routine.
My thoughts about the sheet mask subscription box
The choice of masks is not bad. In this box, I got masks to treat different skin concerns such as cleansing, moisturising and soothing. All the masks included are K-beauty but I don’t care so much about it. Instead, I normally check the ingredients better than the origins of the mask, but I know some of you are K-beauty addicts.
I cannot say anything about the quality of the masks as I didn’t try any yet, but I will be doing it soon.
All the masks are generic for all skin types. When ordering the box, they don’t ask about your skin type to customise the masks better. It should be great if Facemasksclub could introduce this option.
Regarding the price of the individual sheet mask, there is not a massive saving. Furthermore, considering only the price of the masks, it may be cheaper to buy them individually. The problem is that they are not available in any UK based store. I could only find them in online retail called Stylevana, which delivers straight from Hong Kong. That obviously makes the delivery expensive and adds quite a long delivery time.
The main problem I find is that it is not easy to buy a mask if you like. Facemasksclub should think about selling individual masks. I hate when I love something and I cannot get it again.
In summary, Facemasks Subscription Box is a good option if you love K-beauty and want to assure a good supply of face masks. The choice of masks is good and the price is reasonable, though you cannot buy these masks in the UK.

Do I recommend? Will I buy it again?
Most probably I will get other boxes. It is not the box I would subscribe to monthly but rather I’d prefer to order once in a while. However, that is not because of the box, but because I don’t use sheet masks so frequently. I rather prefer the wash off masks, simply.
However, if you like sheet masks, I recommend this box 100%. You will be assured of a monthly supply of masks at your doorstep.
