Their product features unique, eye-catching packaging and offers affordable prices on high-quality products. The vision of Holika Holika is to provide fun practical cosmetic products to enhance every woman’s natural beauty.

My Holika Holika Green Tea Foaming Cleanser Review

The product comes in a squeezable tube with a flip-top cap. The tube is white with a printed green tea picture and some writings in Korean. It comes with a sticker showing some details of who to contact in case you have a problem with the product.

The cap has a nozzle to deliver the right amount of product. This nozzle controls well the amount delivered. The flip-top cap closes well after use and it is resistant.

The product is a white cream. It smells fresh and has the thick consistency expected for a cream.

The cream is really foamy. I love foam products and a small amount of this cleanser makes an amazing amount of foam.

I always use it in my night routine, as part as the double cleansing, after using the oil-based cleanser. Sometimes I have rests of makeup, mainly in the eye area, after using the oil-based cleanser. This Holika cleanser removes all these rests of makeup and also the dirt off my face.

The foam feels very comfortable on the skin and is easy to remove. I first wipe it off with a reusable cloth and then rinse deeply under the tap with lukewarm water.

I can feel my skin clean but, surprisingly, not dry. I feel this cleanser makes a deep cleanse while it is gentle with my skin.

One important point is that it is soft with my eyes. As I mentioned, frequently I have rests of eyeliner and mascara and I need to apply a cleanser to clean my eyes. This cleanser does not produce any discomfort in my eyes, nor blurry vision or itchiness.

The product lasts really long. I have the 150 mL tube, which I started at the end of January. I use it every single night and it is still not finished (I am writing this post at the end of June and still I have some cream left), which means I am using it for more than 5 months.

In conclusion, I love this cleanser. It is long lasting , as I mentioned, and I am going to repurchase it though some product still there. I don’t want to be without this product.

This product is the first one I tried from Holika and now I cannot wait to try other cleansers –   citrus, the bamboo or the rice water.

Pros

  • Good amount of lather
  • Cleans well
  • Soft with skin
  • Lasts a long
  • Affordable
  • Good for dry skin

Cons

To mention something, at least in the UK you can only buy it online.

Would I re-purchase it? Do I recommend it?

I definitely will repurchase it and I do recommend it.

If you like foaming cleansers you will love this one. This green tea cleanser is good for dry skin but you can find similar cleansers for other skin types and with different fragrance.
